      • Please know your size before you purchase our rings. 
      • Do not place an order if you are unsure of your size.  Get in touch with us if unsure of your ring size and we may assist you with our ring sizer.
      • Only buy when you are sure.  Refunds will not be given for incorrect choice or change of mind.  Our jewellery is sourced overseas.  We can gladly exchange for incorrect size if there is stock on hand. If there is no stock on hand- we we will give you a store credit for the amount.

  • Pre Order policy

    • Items may be pre ordered.  Please get in touch directly if you wish to pre-order.  Pre-order cut off is 15th and last calendar day of the month.  Estimated time of arrival is max 2weeks from order commencement. 
    • Our items are shipped from overseas via Fedex.  We may experience delays from the courier and clients will be notified if order arrivals are delayed.
    • Our jewellery is sourced overseas and  a downpayment of 25% to 30% is required to secure your order, depending on the supplier and type of gold.  Balance is due when the item(s) arrive and when you get the notification that items have passed our inspection. 
    • Cancellation fee of 50% applies if cancelled after order has commenced.  Downpayment will be forfeited if balance is not paid after 3rd notice is given.
